IK has no Brilliant blade. Max weapon is Manticore. All other classes have Brilliant!

On non excl items not work too...
Your item must have 4 excellent options to be able to use jewel of excellent +5 so to add 5th option.

IK weapons are always without Skill option. It cannot have it that's the way how it is supposed to be.

That NPC has been removed by webzen, so it's not available anymore.
You can only buy in xshop items to expand inventory and vault.

You can not make regular item to ancient item.
You can only add excellent options to existing ancient item and options will always keep.

Yes you are right. All options do stay after upgrade so you do not lose them and not needed to add again after each upgrade.
